“Really?”
Brooke smiled and nodded. “Really.” She replied, putting her arms up over her head as she let out a small laugh at Frank’s shock. He’d taken quite a long time to register what she’d said to him before, but he had finally got it. At least his first words hadn’t been ‘Is it mine?’. If they had been she’d have probably slapped him and walked out.
“Oh… my goodness… oh… when? When did you… Really?”
His hand moved to rest on Brooke’s stomach and she watched it, her own hands still above her head, a smile on her face as her teeth glittered. Frank’s reaction was proving fabulous and some part of her now thought about how nice it would be if they did have another. “Yes. Frank, Really.” She laughed, he couldn’t seem to comprehend the idea for some reason.
“Oh… wow, wow Brooke! No, that’s… wow. Wow… But how? We were… so careful…”
How many times did Frank need to say ‘wow’? He was obviously stunned and his smiling and then stupid movement with his fist only made Brooke laugh more. But she did feel quite guilty however as it was a lie. He’d never find out though or he’d probably make her feel awful. “Not careful enough.” She replied, pondering something. If she was pregnant, he’d not feel the need to be safe and then she could be. No, she didn’t exactly want that, as great as his reaction was.
Frank then climbed back onto the bed and crawled over to her, soon he was on top of her and Brooke was looking up, smiling. He kissed her stomach, then her lips and then he was caressing her stomach as he was now lying on his side. Brooke lifted her head up and put her hand under it, resting on her elbow as she lay on her side and grinned at Frank.
“It’s kind of exciting… No, really exciting…A daddy again? Wow.”
With Frank’s hand under her shirt and caressing her stomach, Brooke’s spare hand was resting on Frank’s side. It was nice and dim in the room with the few well placed candles. “Again? You’re still a daddy.” Why did he say ‘again’? “But wow, three of them.” The thought made her feel a little odd because the two they had were a handful. But why was she even thinking about that? She wasn’t even pregnant.
“But… I thought… you didn’t want anymore?”
Brooke also frowned slightly, looking down at her stomach. “I…erm…” she wasn’t sure what to say because she hadn’t which was why she’d wanted Frank to be careful. “I wasn’t sure. But I guess, since it’s happened, it’s a good thing.” Her hands ran up and she was fiddling with Frank’s hair. “I mean, did you want another?”

“Really.”
So shocking, so amazing, so… Wow. Frank shook his head and laughed softly. It was something that took a while to comprehend for him. With the first two children, he had been shown the test and still didn’t know how to comprehend. It was still exciting. Brooke seemed pleased, though, which Frank was slightly confused about. But, whatever, he supposed he seemed pleased as well.
“Yes. Frank, Really.”
Even though she laughed at his reaction, he couldn’t stop grinning. Wow. He couldn’t think of much else to say. It was incredible. Staring down at her stomach, he caressed it gently while biting his lip. It always fascinated him how something could be growing inside there. Still a shock. Smiling up at Brooke as she repositioned herself on her side, he looked back down at her stomach for another moment. Wow.
“Again? You’re still a daddy.”
Laughing, he kissed her lips softly and shook his head. “Well, yes… but I mean, it’s… you know… A new one implies I’m one again?” Shaking his head again, he smirked. He couldn’t explain it. Something about having another child reinforced what he was. It was scary at the same time it was exciting.
“But wow, three of them.”
Nodding, his eyes stayed on her stomach a moment longer. “Yea… that’s amazing. I wonder what the third one will be like?” Chuckling, he moved closer to Brooke, putting his free arm under her. “Like… will they look more like you? I hope they have your mouth… and eyes… and… well.” Smiling, he kissed her lips again.
Their children were both beautiful, so it was silly to think their third would be anything else. Caressing her stomach, he finally pulled his hand away and moved it down to rest on her hip. Squeezing it, he kissed her lips again, his mind thinking of things they could do now.
“I…erm… I wasn’t sure. But I guess, since it’s happened, it’s a good thing.”
Nodding slowly, he gave her a soft smile. As she messed with his hair, Frank just tilted his head slightly and let out a soft moan. “Yes, always a good thing.” Well, when it happened, anyway. They had been very careful, but sometimes that slim chance could come up. “I think it’s wonderful.” Kissing her lips again, he smiled softly. Yes, they would need a bigger house. Wow, something… it was amazing, to think they had to plan for more than just the baby this time.
“I mean, did you want another?”
Blinking away the thoughts of construction and savings that would be used for this, Frank focused back on Brooke’s face. “Did I? Well…” Frowning, he thought over it. They had talked about it, and the reason they had been careful was because Brooke had been so adamant about not having another. Something about it ruining her figure, though Frank took any chance he could to tell her how amazing she looked no matter what.
“Yes… Of course I do. I love children, and I love ours the best.” Smiling softly, he glanced down at her stomach. He would have liked to have plenty more than three if he could talk Brooke into it. Probably just as well that he couldn’t. They made good money, but not near enough for something like that. However, that was a conversation better saved for when they were both more awake. Gently pushing Brooke on her back, Frank moved on top of her again, smiling.
Kissing her lips softly, he moaned as he started to pull up on her shirt. “But… let’s just enjoy the good news.” Kissing her lips again, he moved down to her neck, sucking on it gently. He needed Brooke’s help to get the shirt all the way off, and while he waited for that, he moved slowly between her legs. One hand ran down her soft side, reaching her underwear before hooking his fingers into it. “Mm…” No need to be careful. Grinning against her skin, he continued kissing down to her chest, pulling at the shirt with his other hand.

[The following morning]
Lying on the edge of the bed, on her side, facing away from Frank, Brooke was worried. She was staring at the curtains that covered the window and it was slowly getting lighter. Frank would be waking up soon and then she’d have to break the news to him. Tell him it had been a mistake. But before he did wake, she had to make sure that it wasn’t going to be true. They’d not been careful and she hadn’t made sure because then he’d have known she was lying.
But she did however have her backup plan and finally pulling the duvet off of her, picking up her night robe and slipping it on to tie it up, Brooke headed quickly for the bathroom. Once in there, she locked the door and opened the cabinet quickly, pulling a small box out and after taking a couple of the tablets, she returned to the bedroom, looking down at her sleeping husband and sighing. No, they wouldn’t be having another child just yet. He’d just have to get over his disappointment.
Fiddling with her messy hair, Brooke glanced at the small clock on the beside table and realised that it was still early. Frank would probably be asleep for a while yet, so she may as well start to get ready for work. She could tell him when he woke up. So she backed back into the bathroom, shutting the door and dropping her robe to head into the shower.
After a long shower, Brooke wrapped a towel around her body and headed into the bedroom again. Surely Frank would be awake by now. He normally made many comments about how long she took so surely he’d at least have woken as it had been a long time. He however was still sleeping, so as quietly as Brooke could, she snuck around to his side of the bed, planning on playing a mean little trick on him to wake him up nice and fast.
Once having arrived at his side of the bed, she leaned over him and grabbed her wet hair, twisting it around, letting all the cold, excess water fall onto his face as she smiled menacingly and bit her lip. He’d probably try to get her back, but it was worth it to be able to do that to him.

Frank had been sleeping very soundly while Brooke got up and showered. The dream had to do with building a new house and not being able to figure out which fridge went where. It would be a blur in the morning anyway, so why bother trying to explain it now? Rolling over in the bed, tangled up in the sheets, he did wake up slightly. No body to stop him from rolling around…
It wasn’t long before he collapsed back into the sheets and pillows, pulling one over his head as he started to nod off once again. Tossing and turning more, the pillow came off his face and he laid on his back with his hair messed up from the tumbling. He was dreaming of what had happened earlier that morning, just a few hours before, and he was left with a smile on his face. Yes, it had been very pleasing.
About this time was when the cold water fell onto his face. Jumping up in the sheets, tangled as he was, he moved his body back and forth, letting out a yell. “What the!” A curse came out as he wiped the water off his face. He fell back into the pillows, covering his head with the sheet. “Morning, Brooklynn.” It came out in a grouchy mumble.
A moment later, Frank pushed the sheets off and set about pulling his legs from the twisted sheets. Once done, he sat up on the edge of the bed, only in his boxers. Rubbing his face, he looked up at his wife, smiling and shaking his head. “You should take that towel off and come back to bed…” Mumbling slightly, he pushed himself up and stretched, moving over and giving her a hug. “Mm… Morning.”
Past her he went into the bathroom, brushing his teeth and checking his cheeks and chin. Yes… he needed to shave. And he needed more sleep. Smirking, Frank walked back out and up behind his wife, wrapping his arms around her and holding her against him. “Come on… we’ve got time… it’s sooo early…” Kissing her neck, he stepped forward, gently pushing her towards the bed.
“Please?” If he could get away with it, he would whine. Smirking from behind her, he didn’t want to let his wife go, considering how long it had taken her to be in the mood for anything last night. Rubbing her stomach, he smiled down at it over her shoulder. “And how is the little guy? Or girl… or… how are you feeling this morning?” Concern came into his voice then, hoping she wasn’t getting morning sickness like she did with the others.

“What the!”
Frank’s yell made Brooke laugh and then he cursed and she shook her head, frowning down at him as he looked very shocked and now very wet. “Language, dear.” She muttered. She’d been about to say ‘young ears’ but that wouldn’t have been suitable for now. The night before perhaps, but not then. She had to tell him soon. She just had to make sure she didn’t give away that she never had been. There was however still a chance after last…but she’d been careful. Well as careful as she could be without him knowing.
“Morning, Brooklynn.”
Smiling warmly down at her husband as the water ran off his face, Brooke wasn’t really imagining telling him just at that moment. Instead she was thinking about him and how great he even looked when he was tangled in the sheets, hair like a lion’s mane and he was grouchy from a rude awakening. “Good Morning.”
“You should take that towel off and come back to bed… Mm… Morning.”
Frank’s great feat of trying to free himself of the tangled sheets only made Brooke smirk before he made his comment. She laughed and shook her head before he stood up and gave her a hug. Wrapping her arms around him, she rested her chin on his shoulder. “I would, hon. If I didn’t have to get ready.” She muttered before pulling away from him and heading to the wardrobe as he went into the bathroom.
“Come on… we’ve got time… it’s sooo early… Please?”
Brooke smiled as he wrapped his arms around her again. He didn’t seem to want to give up, but Brooke wasn’t up for that so she just groaned. That was until he began to rub her stomach and she stopped, eyes widening by a small amount. He still thought…she had to tell him. There was no way she was going to leave him to think she was any longer until he started to realise she had absolutely no symptoms and her stomach wasn’t getting any bigger. “Frank…” but he started talking again, and she closed her eyes while he did.
“And how is the little guy? Or girl… or… how are you feeling this morning?”
She let out another groan before pulling herself away from Frank, and sitting on the edge of the bed. She took in a deep breath, ready to start. “Well, I took another test this morning, just to make sure.” She began looking worried as she looked up at her husband from the bed. “And It seems it was a mistake.” She finally said, hoping she was convincing enough as she was fiddling with the corner of the towel. “I’m so sorry.”

“Language, dear.”
Shaking his head, wiping some of the water off, he glanced up at his wife. She seemed to be enjoying what she put him through. Her laughter said enough. She would pay for that rude awakening… he’d just think of something to do back. “I’ll show you language…” Growling slightly, he smirked and shook his head.
“Good morning.”
Yes… she was too pleased with herself. Shaking a finger at her, he tried to think of a good response without being grouchy. “Terribly good morning…” He felt like he’d gotten hardly any sleep. After the night they had, which caused him to smile once again, he couldn’t believe he could move. Though he was ready for more…
“I would, hon. If I didn’t have to get ready.”
Shaking his head, he spoke softly. “You don’t have to… get ready… you look good like this.” It felt nice to hold her, and if he could he would’ve just pulled her back into bed and fallen back to sleep. He didn’t want to go into work yet… “No… stay… please, we’ll just… let’s just take the day off, both of us… chill at home.” It sounded so pleasant… it was too bad it couldn’t be true.
Hearing her groan, Frank kissed her neck and tried to tempt her again. “Oh… come on… it’ll be fun.” Grinning, he didn’t notice her change of demeanor. Then she groaned again, and pulled away. Frowning slightly, Frank watched as she sat on the edge of the bed. “What’s wrong?”
“Well, I took another test this morning, just to make sure.”
His face fell as she looked up at him. Oh… no… She took another test? To make sure? A hand moved up to rest against his forehead. Frank didn’t like the look she was giving him.
“And it seems it was a mistake… I’m so sorry.”
His eyes were unfocused as he tried to comprehend. She wasn’t… “So… you’re not… pregnant?” Licking his lips, he shook his head as he glanced down. Moving forward, he gave her a pat on the shoulder. Should he hug her? Did she want a hug? Did she need a hug? He needed something strong. Taking in a deep breath, he couldn’t believe how much he had wanted it to be true. Giving Brooke a hug, he closed his eyes. “No, Brooke, hey baby, it’s not your fault. It’s okay…”
Kissing her cheek, he pulled away to make sure she was okay. “Just… don’t blame yourself, okay? I mean, it’s happened like that before, right?” Nodding, he stood back up, glancing to the bathroom. He was still somewhat shocked. Running his fingertips through his hair, he tried to comprehend still. “I… are you… are you sure?”

“I’ll show you language…”
It was funny how grouchy Frank looked after his awakening. “*Quoi que. Je fais montrer tu langue.” Was all Brooke replied with as she tucked her wet hair behind her ear. He was grouchy enough and with her speaking so he couldn’t understand her, he’d probably get worse. But she was showing him language. Just her smart little way of biting back with her own response.
“You don’t have to… get ready… you look good like this.”
Biting her lip, Brooke grinned and shook her head once more. He could always try. In fact, she loved it when he did try. It made her feel wanted. But after the argument the night before, she was surprised he even joked about that. He’d probably have a heart attack at the thought of Larry seeing her in just a towel. In fact, Brooke felt sick with the thought. “You would say that.” She finally replied, a small smile playing on her lips.
“No… stay… please, we’ll just… let’s just take the day off, both of us… chill at home.”
Raising an eyebrow, Brooke turned her head so she could look at Frank. “And you abandon every class while I throw all of the work I’ve done recently down the drain?” she hated to be the one to ruin the mood, but it was one of the worst days possible for her to pull a sicky. Anyway, it was a new school year for Frank and he was needed there. He’d only been Vice for a short time and already he was wanting to stay at home with her.
“Oh… come on… it’ll be fun.”
Brooke laughed and shook her head. The water from her wet hair was dripping down her back and probably onto Frank’s chest, but he didn’t seem to mind. “Maybe another day, eh?” she suggested, looking up at him. It seemed like a great prospect and yet she was saying no to it. Was she mad?
“So… you’re not… pregnant?”
Brooke looked down, as though she couldn’t look Frank in the eye. And he’d said she was an awful liar when it came to him. Well this was certainly proving him wrong. He, however, didn’t need to know that. “No.” she muttered to the floor as she folded her arms. Frank moved over and patted her on the shoulder before hugging her. Brooke didn’t hug back, she just looked away. Yes, she was supposed to be upset with this fact.
“No, Brooke, hey baby, it’s not your fault. It’s okay…”
Now for the comforting and him making her feel she wasn’t to blame. Well who else made the mistake? If it was true. In fact, Brooke was beginning to feel like it was true, which was very odd. “I made the mistake didn’t I?” she replied, as she threw herself back so she was lying over the twisted sheets.
“Just… don’t blame yourself, okay? I mean, it’s happened like that before, right?... I… are you… are you sure?”
Well, if she wasn’t sure she wouldn’t have said. “Of course I’m sure.” She said, speaking up to the ceiling. Her legs were still dangling down to the floor, but her upper body was flat out on the mattress. “I’m just sorry. I mean, you were so pleased when I told you, and then I ruined that and found out I’d made a mistake. I shouldn’t have told you so early.” She sighed and rolled her eyes. “And I knew you wanted more yet I denied you of it before. I then got your hopes up and shattered them.”
[*Whatever. I shall show you language.]

“Quoi que. Je fais montrer tu langue.”
Growling from his spot on the bed, Frank picked up a pillow and threw it at his wife. “Smart ass.” Of course she would come up with something like that. Frowning as he tried to wake up, he didn’t know if his wife was making it better or worse. He only caught a few words from what she said, though it was enough.
“You would say that.”
Nodding, Frank pushed any thought of her actually leaving the house in a towel… she wouldn’t do that. But it was a nice thought, to keep her in just a towel. “Of course.” Running his hands gently up and down her side, he couldn’t get it out of his head how much he wanted her. Damnit! He wasn’t going to be with it all day, too little sleep.
“And you abandon every class while I throw all of the work I’ve done recently down the drain?”
Rolling his eyes, Frank tugged at her towel, smiling as he tried to wiggle it from her fingers. “Come on… at least a quickie… I can try and be quick… really, let me show you…” Kissing her neck, he got part of the towel in his hand, trying to pull it aside. He wasn’t trying so hard, if he was he would’ve gotten it off… but he thought trying would make her want it more. His hand moved towards her front, sliding down over her stomach. “Please?”
“Maybe another day, eh?”
Dropping his mouth slightly, he groaned. “No… another day?!” Trying his best to make a convincing puppy dog face, he wondered if he could get that to work. “Brooke… another day… that’s… crazy.” Shaking his head, he pouted a little. “I mean, we could talk about maybe later when we both get off work?” His smile came out, and he tilted his head. But as quickly as it came, it started to go away. Or would she stay at work late again?
“No.”
Frank tried his best to deal with the news. Truthfully, it kind of crushed him. He hadn’t realized until she said it wasn’t true how much he had hoped it was. If he hadn’t been so upset over it, he might have noticed the way Brooke had reacted, or lack of reacted… her whole attitude had taken a three hundred and sixty degree turn around since she woke him up. But he wasn’t piecing it all together.
“I made the mistake didn’t I?”
Opening his mouth to say something, he found no voice. Seeing his wife lying back, Frank didn’t know quite how to react. Rubbing the back of his head, he could feel some tightening in his chest. Lost hopes, or something like that… “No… No, Brooke, you didn’t…”
“Of course I’m sure… I’m just sorry. I mean, you were so pleased when I told you, and then I ruined that and found out I’d made a mistake. I shouldn’t have told you so early… And I knew you wanted more yet I denied you of it before. I then got your hopes up and shattered them.”
Frowning in concern, Frank didn’t move quite yet. Shaking his head, though she couldn’t see it, Frank didn’t want to admit that, yes, all she said was true. He was happy with their children they had, he loved them to pieces. Frank had just always seen himself with more children. Moving to sit beside her on the bed, he laid down next to her and wrapped his arms around her. “Shh… it’s okay.” Kissing her cheek, he tried to think of how to make her feel better.
“No, anything dealing with you I like to know, no matter how it turns out.” He did realize that they hadn’t been the most careful after he found out, and wondered what Brooke was going to do about that. Not something to bring up, however. “No, my hopes are same as always, Brooke… a happy family, which I have.” Kissing her cheek again, Frank tried to find will to get up and move about. “Are you… you okay? To go to work, I mean?”

“Smart ass.”
Brooke caught the pillow while smiling widely. She obviously wasn’t helping her husband wake up slowly, but she found his reactions amusing. “*Merci, Monsieur bon.” She replied, throwing the pillow back down at the grumpy man. “J’ai I’intention de montrer tu juste comment intelligent.” She shook her head and bit her lip. “Et j'ai âne agreeable.” Winking, Brooke glanced down. He hopefully understood most of that. If not, she’d be pretty irritated. Where would he have been all these years?
“Come on… at least a quickie… I can try and be quick… really, let me show you…Please?”
Brooke held on tightly to the towel while laughing as Frank tugged on it. Would he never give in? “Give up while you’re ahead.” she said before reaching up and turning her head so she could kiss him softly on the lips. “I thought you had to be patient to be a teacher? You’ve failed that one already.” She bit her lip and smirked up at him. He was supposed to be able to get kids to do what he wanted and he couldn’t even get his own wife to.
“I mean, we could talk about maybe later when we both get off work?”
Frank’s expression was funny which only caused Brooke to laugh rather than pity him. “If you want to at my parent’s house, you’re a mad man. And before you ask, I have been thinking I’ve been petty. I’m accepting ma mere’s invite to go over for dinner, so wear your nicest shirt. I don’t want her thinking my husband is as scruffy as my son.” She winked and gave Frank a quick kiss. Yes, she sure had dropped him in that one.
“Shh… it’s okay. No, anything dealing with you I like to know, no matter how it turns out.”
Frank lay beside her and wrapped his arms around Brooke as she kept her head down on the mattress, she did however turn her head to face him. “Even if it’ll make you wonder why you’re married to a woman that doesn’t want the same as you?” she sounded pretty irritated with herself, before her eyes widened and a small smirk graced her lips. “You know, if we could make you go through the whole process of pregnancy, it would be a lot better. There must be a spell to change roles…somewhere.” It was at that moment that Brooke had the terrifying image of her husband walking around the living room with a pregnant belly. She shuddered at this image.
“Are you… you okay? To go to work, I mean?”
Biting her lip, Brooke nodded. She rapidly leaned towards Frank, kissing him quickly on the lips before pulling away and jumping to her feet. “Of course. The world moves on and so shall I.” she walked towards the wardrobe and opened it. “And because I want to make it up to you. Maybe later, you can tell me about all the positives of us having another, I’ll weight it out with my negatives” she tilted her head to the side and her eyes wondered off to the small clock before moving back to Frank. “mainly the giving birth. And then perhaps we can come to some arrangement.” She smiled weakly before turning back to the wardrobe. What was she thinking? “I guess with a big family I’ll never be lonely.”
[*Thankyou good sir. I intend to show you just how intelligent. And I have a nice ass.]

“Merci, Monsieur bon… J’ai I’intention de montrer tu juste comment intelligent… Et j’ai âne agreeable.”
Laughing softly, he glanced at where she looked. “Of course it’s a nice ass…” Moving the pillow she had thrown back at him, Frank rolled over and rested his head on it. No… he didn’t want up yet. Why she had to talk in French, though, was beyond him. Some words she used all the time, though some things she said too quickly for him to pick up one solid word.
“Give up while you’re ahead… I thought you had to be patient to be a teacher? You’ve failed that one already.”
Smiling down at her, kissing her back as he held her body against his, he shook his head. “I didn’t sign a contract that said I had to be patient… And I’ll never give up.” Kissing her lips once more, he moved to her neck. “Please?” His hand moved farther down the front of the towel, finally reaching the end and moving up her inner thigh. “I promise it’ll be worth it…”
“If you want to at my parent’s house, you’re a mad man. And before you ask, I have been thinking I’ve been petty. I’m accepting ma mere’s invite to go over for dinner, so wear your nicest shirt. I don’t want her thinking my husband is as scruffy as my son.”
His mouth open in slight astonishment, he shook his head. “No… Brooke… now you’re just being mean.” Nicest shirt… pff. “And we have at your parent’s house before, if I recall correctly. A few times…” Kissing her back, he really didn’t feel like going there. Why they couldn’t just stay home… or have them come over. And why all of a sudden did she want to make up right then?
He enjoyed her parents, of course he did, and he wanted to see the children. He’d have all weekend with them, after all. But… Brooke was just being mean. “And where else would Dylan get his scruffiness if not from me?” Lucky, or not so lucky, for his son, he had gotten his father’s hair.
“Even if it’ll make you wonder why you’re married to a woman that doesn’t want the same as you?”
Shaking his head at that, Frank watched her face. “I wouldn’t have married that woman if I thought I’d wonder why I had.” She was being silly. Frowning slightly, he was surprised when a smirk came to her lips. That… was oddly… sudden.
“You know, if we could make you go through the whole process of pregnancy, it would be a lot better. There must be a spell to change roles…somewhere.”
Groaning, Frank put a hand over his wife’s mouth, shaking his head. “No… no. Don’t even try looking for something so vile.” A small smile did come to his lips, though, as he pulled his hand away. “Besides, I don’t think you’d be as willing as I was to make an egg, broccoli and chocolate sandwich.” That still made him get a little wheezy thinking about it. Such an odd combination…
“Of course. The world moves on and so shall I… And because I want to make it up to you. Maybe later, you can tell me about all the positives of us having another, I’ll weight it out with my negatives...”
Slightly shocked from the quick kiss and jump off the bed, Frank sat up on the edge, watching her going through the wardrobe. Running his fingers through his hair, in mid yawn, her next statement caught him completely unaware. “Really?” Either she really wanted to have another, or really wanted to make him feel better.
“… mainly the giving birth. And then perhaps we can come to some arrangement… I guess with a big family I’ll never be lonely.”
Was he hearing her right? Did she just said big family? Coming to some arrangement? Brooklynn? Family that is big? Shaking his head, Frank pushed from the bed and moved behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist. “I love you.” Kissing her lips softly before pulling away, he realized time was ticking by and he needed a quick shower. Giving her backside a smack, laughing as he went into the bathroom, Frank thought over what had happened in such a short amount of time.

“Please? I promise it’ll be worth it…”
Brooke’s smile widened and her head tilted to the side as Frank slid his hand up her towel. “And I’m sure it will be.” She glanced down at his hand and smiled. She then grabbed his arm, stopping his hand from running any further up her thigh, as much as she liked it, “All good things come to those who wait.” She winked and leaned up to kiss him on the cheek. “Surely you know that by now.”
“And we have at your parent’s house before, if I recall correctly. A few times…”
Brooke let out a soft moan as Frank kissed her back. “Against my will” she lied, winking. “I’m their perfect daughter. I’d never do a thing like that.” She turned around in Frank’s arms so she was facing him. Beginning to play with the top of his boxers, Brooke bit her lip and looked up at him. “You on the other hand forced me into it. It’s not like I could ever hold back a man of your strength without my wand.” Well this was fun, tempting him then walking away. It was very mean, but Frank was probably used to it by now.
“And where else would Dylan get his scruffiness if not from me?”
“If he didn’t have your influence, he’d be a well behaved, tidy young boy.” Brooke kidded herself. “With no cheek and perfectly tamed hair.” She smiled up at Frank’s own messy head of hair and shook her head. She couldn’t imagine either of them with perfectly placed tresses. In fact, maybe she could try on her son. That thought brought a small smirk to her lips as she looked back down.
“No… no. Don’t even try looking for something so vile. Besides, I don’t think you’d be as willing as I was to make an egg, broccoli and chocolate sandwich.”
Grinning, Brooke looked away for a moment. Yes, she did remember that very odd craving along with a couple of others. “At least I’d not undercook the egg so it makes you feel ill. And you moan about my cooking. I didn’t forgive you for a week.” That thought made her smile drop slightly. She was a right bitch when she was pregnant. Why would he ever want that?
While Brook moved a few of her dresses to the side in the wardrobe, trying to find her favourite red skirt, Frank came and wrapped his arms around her waist. She dropped her hands down, crossing her arms over and holding Frank’s arms, smiling and resting her head back to look up at him.
“I love you.”
Frank pulled back from the kiss and Brooke smiled up at him “I love…” she let out a small scream when he slapped her and she jumped forward, turning to watch him head into the bathroom. “you.” She finally finished as he entered the bathroom. Laughing and shaking her head, she turned around and set about finding her skirt once more. Finally it did catch her eyes and she pulled it out, along with a black blouse. She then moved to the chest of drawers next to the wardrobe and opened hers to pull out some of her underwear. Dropping her towel and slipping that on, she proceeded to pick her skirt up and pull it on tying it up.

“And I’m sure it will be… All good things come to those who wait… Surely you know that by now.”
When her hand stopped him from moving up farther, he groaned softly against her skin, trying to push up past it. Her kiss on the cheek only made him want to continue. “If you would let me continue, you wouldn’t have to wait to come.” He had twisted her words around, but it worked. “I know that I hate your waiting game.”
“Against my will… I’m their perfect daughter. I’d never do a thing like that.”
Laughing at the ridiculousness of that statement, Frank shook his head. “I’m sure they thought you perfect when they walked in.” Shuddering just slightly, that had been a very awkward and wrong situation to be walked in on. Thank god they hadn’t been in her parents bed… They hadn’t gotten caught there, yet.
“You on the other hand forced me into it. It’s not like I could ever hold back a man of your strength without my wand.”
Moaning softly as he watched her play with the top of his boxers, Frank gripped her body and tried to pull her to him. But she was being so mean! Teasing him was not fair… “And here you are, keeping me at bay…” Licking his lips, he glanced up at her face, smiling. “I forced you? No… I remember it entirely different…” Something about them being at her parents house all alone, and next thing he knew she was on top of him. Forced her, really…
“If he didn’t have your influence, he’d be a well behaved, tidy young boy… With no cheek and perfectly tamed hair.”
“Oh, right… because if he was left with you, he’d end up tidy?” Shaking his head, he waved his hand at the bed. No matter that he had messed up most of it, he used it for an example. “You helped with that mess.” And Dylan was well behaved, though his humor and energy made him a bit hyper during odd hours of the day. Frank enjoyed taking him to work, often being the pushing force for many hard days to get him through.
“At least I’d not undercook the egg so it makes you feel ill. And you moan about my cooking. I didn’t forgive you for a week.”
Groaning from her brining up the ‘undercooked’ egg again, he shook his head. “No, because it couldn’t have been the combination of food that made you sick.” Pushing the image away from his mind, he smiled as she made fun of him. “I don’t moan about your cooking, I just wish you didn’t.” Winking, he tried to cuddle with her. “And I’m sure you found other reasons to not forgive me that week…” Her temper was normally easy to flare up, but seemed to be ten times worse when she was pregnant.
“I love… you.”
Grinning as he escaped into the bathroom, Frank couldn’t help but laugh as she let out a scream. Turning the shower on, checking the temperature, Frank moved over to the door and glanced out at his wife. The towel dropped, and his eyes widened. No… they… glancing at the clock, he figured they had some time. And he took quick showers.
Moving up behind her, the water going in the background, Frank helped her out of the skirt, kissing her and gently pushing her to the bed. His hands gently caressed her body, laying her down on the bed. Kissing from her lips down to her chest, Frank wrestled out of his boxers. They should both go to work happy…
