James I suggest you use either eight or three. I agree with Gabrielle on Ian's third.

First: Though the light is strong, his expression is better than the others. Perhaps you could dim the light in photoshop or adobe etc.

I prefer third personally, becuase his features are clearest.
And dimming it will make it harder to distinguish. You should play with the saturation instead.
And Eric, do you mean Image ready? Adobe makes photoshop... its the brand... Kinda confused me there.
I suggest using Photoshop because that is what i use.
