Maternal Aunt: Graceline Ella Bleu Thrush (Pure-Blood)
Maternal Aunt: Ava Cadence Bleu Jareden (Pure-Blood)
Appearance:
Tristessa has almost white-blonde hair, and the length of it depends on whether or not she decides to wear extensions. Her blonde hair is often teased into the most fashionable style - and it's nearly always straight as a pin. Because she's always trying out the newest fad-diet, her body is far too thin for her tall height. A skinny face holds a long nose that's a bit too big for her face. Her full lips and small blue eyes almost balance it out, however. Her chest is nothing to speak of, but she flaunts it as much as possible with plunging necklines and cut-off shirts that she often gets in trouble for wearing. Long legs make up a big percentage of her height.
Her style is a little bit trashy, although she definitely has the money to afford a more classy look. She enjoys showing off what she has (and sometimes what she doesn't have.) Bright colors, short skirts, and high heels make their way into her closet in the blink of an eye. On her clothing and accessories, Tessa likes to spend as much money as possible.
Personality:
Although she loves attention, this superficial seventeen-year-old doesn't realize that not all attention is good attention. She doesn't take insults well, and expects compliments at all times. Tessa is completely and utterly vein and conceited. When she isn't talking about herself, she's talking about others -- and not necissarily in a good way. She's usually the source of a rumor and loves to gossip and adores drama. She views the world as her oyster and likes to torture the people around her so that they'll do as she pleases. In her mind, she's on a pedestal and everyone else in the world have been put there simply to worship the ground she walks on.
To put it bluntly, Tristessa is a bitch. It's not a nice way of putting it, but she embraces the idea with all that she has. She points her nose at anything below her standards and is insulted when someone expects her to do something for herself. In retrospect, she's a mean girl with a love for herself like no other.
When it comes to romance, Tristessa knows what she's doing. She's read every magazine concerning the matter from cover to cover and has preformed as such. Boys do tend to fall all over her merely because she shows off and does what other girls her age won't. Because of this, her female peers tend to get jealous and at this, Tristessa laughs. In her mind, she deserves what she gets.
Having been born into riches as an only child did her no good. Tristessa is bossy and demanding, tactless and careless, and irresponsible and superficial. Being surrounded by servants, maids, nannies, cooks, bakers, gardeners, pool-boys and every other type of hired help made it impossible for her to know the value of a dollar, so she spends her father's money without a second thought.
Around her teachers, Tristessa sucks up and does only what she has to. She does her homework and classwork - however, she does the bare minimum and never studies. She's never had a detention, because the only thing she's ever done wrong was wear revealing clothing outside of class. When she gets in trouble, she sweet-talks her way out of it.
When she doesn't get her way - which is rare - she pouts and whines and moans until she does. If someone is particularly brave and continues to keep her from what she wants, she will hold a grudge for as long as she possibly can, no matter what the circumstances were. If it's a male, she tries to bribe her way to her goal by flirting - one of her talents.
History:
Frex Waldamar and Esmerelda Bleu did not love each other. Their parents arranged their marriage - both of Tristessa's parents were of high standing, socially. Both of them had come from families that had more money than they knew what to do with. The wedding was a big preformance and a year after their marriage, Frex and Esmerelda became parents to a lovely baby girl. Frex forced his wife to keep his secret a secret - nobody was to know that he was a half-blood; his father had made the mistake of telling him. It soon became completely confidential, and to this day Tristessa does not know that she is, in fact, a half-blood. She has been brain-washed to think that pure-bloods are the superior race.
They decided to spoil this girl rotten, and this they did. Tristessa didn't know the meaning of the word no, and to this day is a bit uncomfortable with the idea of it. The only time she ever uses the word, as a matter of a fact, is when someone is telling her to do something that she doesn't want to. Tristessa was not raised by her parents; she was baby-sat by a young nanny who had no idea what she was doing and could be easily taken advantage of. This nanny's stay wasn't terminated merely because the nanny was sleeping with her father. This was the norm, however, in high society life.
The instant she became a teenager, Tristessa subscribed to every teen-magazine in creation and did all of the cliche things that teenagers do. She shopped with the determination of an alchoholic and adored the color pink. She treated those who didn't wear the latest fashions as if they were her servants.
At fourteen, Tristessa recieved a letter informing her that she'd been invited to attend the Salem Witches Institute of Magic. Her parents had gone there, and it was the proper thing for Tristessa to do as a young girl. She packed her bags (all very expensive), bought her things, and her present was her kitten, Diamond. Tessa was often recieving gifts for no real reason. She wasn't surprised to recieve the gift, seeing as this was actually an important event in her life.
Salem Witches Institute soon became her haven. There were so many people there to worship her; she wasn't used to having this many people around. All of them seemed to be muggle-borns and half-bloods, people who she was supposed to detest. Since she needed the attention, she somewhat befriended a few people, but generally just craved attention for herself.
The attack came as no surprise to Tristessa. Yes, it was unexpected, but she knew that the fully mud-blooded school had it coming. She believed that the Death Eaters had the right idea; her father, after all, was one. This she kept a secret - obviously the idea was frowned upon by the other students, and Tristessa couldn't have a fault to her name.

"Freeze."
Of course, Tristessa didn't obey. She spun around on her heel, flicked her blond hair over her shoulder, and strided up to the hall monitor. "I'm too hot to freeze," she responded smoothly, fluttering her eyelashes. The boy before her gulped. Excellent. "Oh, Michael. I was just a bit homesick...and looking for some company." Playing up the damsel-in-distress act was one of Tristessa's favorite ways to flirt. Boys loved playing Cinderella, and Tessa didn't mind being Cinderella. She was, after all, a princess.
"But ... you kind of have to go back to your - um - dorm," the boy responded, trying to be stern. Tessa decided that going back to her dorm might not be so bad - she was getting a bit tired; it was rather late. She yawned, stretching back so her chest was obvious. The boy's eyes were directly at chest level, but Tristessa didn't mind. This had been her plan all along.
"I suppose that might not be so bad," Tristessa said sweetly, in a voice that was completely over-dramatic and theatrical. She sauntered up to the hall monitor and kissed him on the cheek. The key to flirting was to make them think that they deserved everything you gave them. "'Night, Mikey," she whispered, lowering her eyelashes for the full effect. His eyes, now off of her chest, were wide and he seemed to be speechless.
This was her oppertunity to get away. She meandered past him and walked away, her hips slightly swaying. As soon as she was a good distance away, she rolled her eyes and faked a gag.
