History
Like Dante, Judas Morderisch was also a former Death-Eater under Voldemort. He fled to America after Voldemorts fall, narrowly escaping his arrest in the chaos that followed the attack on the school. He settled down near Salem's Peak and was planning on living a quiet and unassuming life there until things blew over and a new opportunity arose to spread Voldemort's agenda.
The opportunity arose quicker then he thought when he discovered a few other Death-Eaters residing in Salem's Peak. Joining together with his brothers and sisters, he began to slowly build up a following. At first it was just people who wanted to complain about the government. There was no real urge to take over so soon after defeat. But that changed on November 2006.
After the emergence of the Neo DE's on the scene, Judas realized that Dante was out to take Voldemorts place. To surpass him. He sought to stop this, as he had been having prophetic dreams as of late directing him on how to raise Voldemorts body. It would take years to do so, and he couldn't afford someone else beating him to purifying the wizarding world. He had to stop them.
Gathering his small group, he sent them all over America to gather those loyal to Voldemort. Although a surprising amount has come forward, the Loyalists, as they dubbed themselves, remain quite small. They are doing everything they can to quietly squelch the Neo DE menace before it gets to large and draws attention to their own sinister plans.
Goal
The Loyalists, much liked the Neo DE's, are a group of former Death-Eaters and those who followed Voldemorts activities and support him. They want to continued and complete his glorious work by taking over the American wizarding world and cleansing it. The do so not for Judas, but for the the fact that Judas claims he has discovered a way to bring Voldemort back from the dead. They oppose everyone, especially their rivals, the Neo Death-Eaters. To them, the Neo DE's are nothing but knockoffs sullying the sacred name of Voldemort.
Organizational Set-up
The Loyalists are set-up much like an army. There are 3 generals, which act as the highest leadership under Judas. Under them are the foot soldiers. All members report to their general, who then reports to Judas. Foot soldiers are expected to work in pairs, to lessen the chance of an ambush.
Meeting Place
Loyalists meet at Judas' country home, a large but not particularly eye catching mansion in the mountains around Salem's Peak. The terrain is cruel and the updrafts sinister, so walking or flying there is close to impossible, making it a rather secluded spot, perfect for hiding out. Members must come by apparation, portkey or floo. The place is heavily guarded and appears to be the ruins of a shack to any muggles who, by some rare and freak occurrence, wander by.
Method of Contact and Symbols
Like their former master, Judas uses the Dark Mark to call his followers. Unlike Voldemort, he gives it to all members rather then just inner circle ones, that way he can keep track of them all.
