Name: Matthew David James Ward
Age: 37
Gender: Male
Birthday/Sign: June 22, Cancer
Blood Type/Purity: Hopefully Half-Veela/Half-Wizard But if not, then full wizard.
Appearance:
Personality: Matthew is almost strangely average. He is very nice, but very shy. He was an unusual child because of this, not having very many friends, and growing-up alone. He is smart and caring and would do anything for a good book. He enjoys watching the stars, for he is also a very curious person, always wondering what is going on and how things work.
History: Matthew originally attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In Europe, he and his family resided in Manchester, England for there whole lives, attending Hogwarts or not. Matthew attended Hogwarts until he was 17, in which his father sent him to Bradbury Academy for the rest of his education. Sadly, 5 months into the school year, his father died of old age, 65 to be exact. He returned to Hogwarts for the rest of his education, receiving average grades in Potions, Defence Against the Dark Arts, and Transfiguration. He received above average grades in Herbology, Muggle Studies and Charms, odd for a Gryffindor student, and received almost 100% in Astrology. His mother was very proud of him, for her other children, Damien [older brother], Kyle [older brother], and Lilian [older sister] all passed remarkably and all hold respectable jobs. Sadly, his mother was quite disappointed when he announced his transfer to America. It was a quite curious choice, for he had only been to New York, for his father was the Ministries interaction head with that city.
Upon arriving to America, the Ministry of Magic paid for all of Matthew's housing and transportation needs, as they owed his father, now deceased, a large sum of money. He found a wizarding town with a school for students in it. Salem Witches Institute of Magic. He had gotten word through many people that there had recently been an attack upon the school, apparently by the Death Eater group in the area. Amazingly, the school re-opened the year after and he got word of open positions. He found that he met all the requirements for the Head Nurse position and decided to start anew.

Matthew sighed slightly, carrying a small, brown business case in one hand, and his wand in the other. It was his first day at Salem's and he was determined to make it great. He hoped that the students would like him, as he entered the Hospital Wing. Fearful thoughts of students disliking him ran through his mind as he tried to distract himself by entering the small office and scanning through some of the files, seeing what he might have to deal with. He grabbed a random student's file and saw the list of injuries. "Broken Leg....Hmmmm...Concussion...." He came to a conclusion that it wouldn't be so bad here, after all, it was just school. But then again, it was just a school that had been attacked just one year before by a group of Death Eater's. He remembered his neighbor telling him about the attacks, sending the entire town into an uproar. He was just thankful that it happened when he wasn't here.
Matthew quickly made his way back to the bedding area, where he checked to make sure everything was neat and tidy. All the beds had nice clean, pristine beds, and fresh glasses of self-cooling water sitting on the smooth, glossy face of the cupboard. He smiled, seeing his reflection in the very sanitary shelf. "Well..." he said out loud to himself. "This can't be that bad." He said confidently.
Oh how very wrong he was...

Appearance:
- Hair Color and Style: Matthew's hair is a soft, caramel brown, resting just above his shoulders. It is usually just down, but on occasion, is slightly spiked.
- Eye Color: Matthew's eye color is a cross between teal and blue. It seems to change according to the light conditions.
- Height and Build: He is roughly 6'1" with slightly broad shoulders. He was an average/above average build and is quite fit, though he is getting older.
- Regular clothing style: In the work place, a white trench coat is all you see, but out in the wizarding-world, emerald green or ruby red robes adorns his body.
- Other characteristics: Matthew is a very gentle person, caring and calm. Not known as a risk-taker, he enjoys his position as Head Nurse for it seems that it suits his kind and caring behavior quite well.
