Willow's Nest School of Magic - willowsnest.proboards58.com/index.cgi?
Opened in 1699 by Anderson Beetletoe the school was a haven for magical being and people from all over. Anderson insured this by setting up sturdy walls enforced with powerful hexes and spells. But soon the Death Eaters saw the opportunity and challenged the wall. They eventually broke down the walls by tricking a student into telling them how. Who know how he knew... This shook Anderson as he thought the wall was unimpenetrable and he was never the same man.
Fifty one years later in 1750 when Anderson was unable to teach any longer as he suffered from freak animagus changing when he was frightened, he was replaced with Horace Beetletoe.
Horace Beetletoe was the wizard who perfected the school's examination papers and was the best Headmaster they ever had.
Until he died from random limb combustion 1789. So he was replaced by his wife Philipa Beetletoe. Unfortunately she suffered from the disease as well and died three days later. This replacing and combustion repeated until 1793 when the SMC (Scottish Magic Council) got bored with it and sent a Member of the council to take over until the disease was under control. He was Alexander Gravelnart.
Of course the Beetletoe's were furious and demanded they were put back in control as Gravelnart was a pushover the students were walking all over him. Get it? They put up a fight for a year until the council gave them control of the school.
Next in line was Marian Beetletoe. Luckily she was married to a wizard who brewed excellent random limb combustion antidote. So she did not explode. In 1842 Marian died of natural causes and was replaced by another Philipa Beetletoe.
Philipa whipped the students into shape and controlled the school well until she was mysteriously killed in 1889. There was one year when the school was run by no one and the Head of Houses had to cope on their own with the terrible Deputy Head, Maria Mendoza.
Then kindly a man called Richmond Underland took over and insisted that magical punishment for the students was necessary. Three guesses which house he belonged...
But soon Richmond got bored of the school and closed it down and planned to demolish it in future. This was 1969.
Twenty Nine years later another of the Beetletoe's, Angus was angry that his family's land was going to become a magi-plex for children amusement and demanded it back. Which he did. Richmond didn't seem that bothered but he never likes to lose land. We'll see...
Now as Angus re-opens the school he sees he has alot of work to do:
Disciplining the new students
Hiring a Deputy Head
Hiring Teachers
Rebuilding walls
And finally cleaning the classrooms....
"Someone else can do it" - Angus Beetletoe's motto.
