Alright, first of, I need to ask a question. I know I my sound completely clueless and in the dark here, but can anyone here tell me who Red Hot Onions (or peppers? Olives? It was some sort of vegetable!) is/are? I'm suppose to make a cd for my friend's birthday and I know she really likes him/her/them, but I have no clue who they are.
You see, I'm more of a Hip Hop/ R&B sort of girl.
And that got me wondering, how alone am I on here?
What type of music do you all listen to?

The Red Hot Chili Peppers are a California native rock band that is comprised of four members... Awesome band, great tunes... Should get a compilation of older songs and newer. Suggestions? Under the Bridge Give It Away Scar Tissue Otherside By the Way Road Trippin’ Suck My Kiss Around the World Parellel Universe Californication Dani California Snow (Hey Oh) OR just get the Greatest Hit Album, came out in 2003, has some red lips on the front of the album cover. mm... and I like rock. Obviously.

Well, to completely contrast both of you, I'm a Broadway/Classical/Jazz/French Pop kind of girl. Yes, French pop. That's right. Kyo is hot. But anyway...
Favorites include: Tragedie Kyo Faudel Sweeney Todd Josh Groban Tchaikovsky Seven Nations (Celtic Rock!!!) West Side Story Assassins RENT Beauty and the Beast Hair La Boheme Spring Awakening Sara Gazarek...
There are plenty of more to list, but I won't bore all of you. Although I do like some country too! (Scary, I know!) I guess it's that little bit of Eliza in me. I know she *loves* country =P
But yea, that's what I like

Music! Ahhh. For the most part, I'm a Show Tunes girl. But, I also like Indie music, celtic rock, and Classic Rock, and a bit of whatever genre the B-52's are. :]

Wow. I could have sworn it was Onions too. Thank You. I don't think I eevr would have figured it out by my self. Anyway, I like/love: Nelly <33333333 Ludacris Eminem Usher Sammie T-pain Lyfe Jennings Bow Wow R-kelly Tupac (the greatest) ...and others I can't think of right now I never did really get the hang of rock, though I did like Green Day (American idiot) and Click Five (Just the girl or something like that. It was really catchy. Country is alright, though the lyrics always seem a bit depressing. Classical helps relax me. I like Mozart's Requim Mass, and Beethoven's Fur Elise. Don't really listen to much pop. Hmm.. That's all I can think of right now.
